Scope of the service

SaveFlow provides information about public media and, where supported, prepares available files from public links. By using the tools, you agree to use them lawfully and within the source platform’s applicable terms. If you do not have the necessary rights or permissions, do not submit or reuse the media.

You remain responsible for the links you submit, the files you choose to download and what you do with them afterward. Public visibility alone does not grant a license to copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit a work. A video can contain separate rights in its images, music, performance and other elements.

Allowed and prohibited use

Use the service for your own works, media shared with appropriate permission, or another lawful purpose. Do not use it to obtain private account content, bypass a login requirement, defeat DRM or payment controls, collect credentials, harass a person or invade their privacy. Do not attempt to send requests to internal networks, exploit the server, evade rate limits or interfere with other visitors.

Do not submit passwords, browser cookies or account session data. SaveFlow has no feature that requires your social-media credentials. Requests that cannot be completed through supported public access can be refused or fail without a downloadable result.

Availability and files

Third-party platforms can change their pages, remove media, restrict access or limit requests. Availability, formats, captions, soundtracks and resolutions are therefore not guaranteed. The tool reports options returned by the source; it does not manufacture higher-quality originals. A preview is not a guarantee that file preparation will succeed.

Download links are temporary and generated files are not held as your backup. Keep your own authorized copy if you need one. Check files and the source license before using them in another project. Browsers and devices decide where downloaded files are stored.

Site content and third parties

SaveFlow’s guides explain typical workflows, not a promise about every account, country, app version or browser. Links to platforms and third-party services are provided for identification and context. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Advertisements, when enabled, are labelled and are not required actions in the download flow.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The operator may restrict abusive use and update these terms to reflect material service changes.
