Report a rights concern

SaveFlow respects the rights of creators. If you believe this site contains or facilitates access to material that infringes your rights, use the contact form with the subject “Copyright notice.” Provide enough detail for the team to identify the issue and assess the request. Do not attach confidential identification documents unless a specific, appropriate verification process later requires them.

Information to include

• Your name and a working reply address, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected, with an original source or other information that identifies it.
• The exact SaveFlow page or download-related link involved and the public source URL, if relevant. A general platform name is not enough to locate a particular issue.
• An explanation of why the identified use is not authorized, including any relevant license context.
• Confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to make the request, together with your typed signature.

If you are sending a formal statutory notice, ensure it includes every element required by the law under which you are submitting it. This contact process does not represent that a particular operator has registered a statutory designated agent or qualifies for a safe harbor. Applicable procedures may require additional information or a different formal channel.

Review and response

The team may request clarification, restrict an affected tool or URL, remove content hosted on this site, or contact the appropriate party after review. SaveFlow does not control the original social-media platform and cannot remove a post from that platform. To remove original source media, also use the platform’s own rights-reporting process.

Temporary processing is not a permanent public archive, but a concern can still merit investigation. Keep the exact URL and approximate time of the incident so the team can locate relevant operational information. Avoid repeated or knowingly inaccurate notices; rights disputes should be supported by facts.

If you believe material was restricted in error, contact the team with the original notice reference, your explanation and any permission or license evidence you can lawfully share. Counter-notice rights and obligations depend on applicable law. The team will explain the next available step for the specific request.
