Information processed when you use a tool
When you submit a link, SaveFlow processes its URL to identify the platform and request public media information. The originating platform and the hosting infrastructure receive the network requests necessary to retrieve metadata or a file. Do not submit private, secret or credential-bearing links.
A successful result may include a title, uploader name, caption and thumbnail supplied by the source. Your browser may load a preview image directly from the platform or its media host, which can disclose your network address and ordinary request information to that host. A download request may temporarily store a generated file on this server before sending it to your browser. The application removes delivered files and periodically removes abandoned temporary files. It is not a permanent storage service.
Logs and service protection
The application records the time, platform, tool, requested format when relevant, success or failure and a normalized error category. It uses a periodically changing, keyed identifier for request limits and operational statistics rather than storing a raw IP address in download logs. This does not make all processing anonymous: the web server, host or proxy may separately retain access logs, including network addresses, according to their own configuration.
Rate-limit records help prevent repeated submissions and abusive traffic. Administrators can review aggregate activity and recent errors. Routine retention for application logs is configured by the operator; the supplied maintenance task uses a 30-day default. Operational backups can retain older records until their configured rotation expires.
Contact and account information
The contact form stores your name, email address, subject and message so the team can review and respond. Please include only the information needed for the request. Do not send passwords or sensitive private media. Contact records are accessible to authorized administrators and remain until the team removes them under its retention process. Ask through the contact form if you want the team to review, correct or remove a message associated with your address.
Public visitors do not need a SaveFlow account. Administrator accounts store password hashes rather than readable passwords. Authentication and security events are recorded for site operation. Session cookies support authenticated access, form protection and short-lived form messages.
Preferences and advertising
A browser preference stores an explicit light or dark theme choice. If you have not chosen one, the site follows your device preference. Language selection uses the page address. See the Cookie Policy for details about browser storage.
Advertising providers can receive information through their scripts and creatives when the operator enables them. Their practices, consent requirements and retention vary by provider and visitor location. Ads are disabled in the supplied default configuration. Before enabling an advertising provider, the operator must publish accurate provider details and implement any required consent choice. A theme switch is not an advertising-consent mechanism.

Contact the team through Contact SaveFlow with privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted. Include enough information to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Available rights and required response processes depend on applicable law; this page does not reduce those rights. Material changes to site processing should be reflected here before they take effect.
